"Practical experience is must" On-the- job training gives you the chance to immerse yourself in your chosen sector and experience and learn the skills necessary to the industry you are interested in. Working with experienced staff, you’ll get the chance to observe how the job is done, before trying it for yourself and being subjected to constructive methods to encourage you to develop your skills.

If you’re the sort of person who finds it easiest to learn things by doing them first-and then you’d be well-suited to an On the job trainee. Employers put a lot of effort into making sure you get your day busy and do a great job on training you to a level where you feel comfortable carrying out tasks on your own. As a trainee you will work with your employer towards personal goals and have your progress monitored as you go to make sure you are on track. Away from the workplace you’ll learn the academic and theoretical ideas behind the job, which you’ll then get to apply in the real-world.

On the job training allows you to earn while you learn, put into practice the theory you learn outside of the workplace and immerses you into a real work place where you can get expert advice from people who are already doing the job. An OJT trainee helps employers to find the right talented employees thus reducing time, effort, and money spent on recruiting.

Jetwings Training division at Bangalore is a leading Certified CADD, CFD & Structural Analysis training division which offers On- The-Job Trainee Program, which is intended to create a pool of CAD / CAE Engineers in Aeronautics / Automobile / Mechanical domains to cater to our client’s needs in India & Overseas. All the selected CAD / CAE Engineers will be put on 4 months fulltime on the job training, after the successful completion of the training they will undergo 2 months internship in our current projects related to UAV & MAV Design & Development.

Overview: Learn 3 softwares @ advanced level + 2 weeks industrial training + Interactive sessions from Industry experts + Communication classes + Resume writing and forwarding to the industries + Placement assistance + Opportunity to work in Jetwings for 06 months with stiphend + ISO certified certification

Training duration: 6 Months (Design Internship Program)

Placement Support: After successful completion of the On the Job Training, all the best performers resumes will be forwarded to our client locations in various parts of India and (or) the best performers will be absorbed into our organization based on the requirement with Stipend.

Eligibility: Fresher in B. E / B. Tech in Aero/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% .

Selection Procedure: Selection based on Personal Interview, Walk-in immediately Note: Training fee is applicable


The aim of this Program is to:

  • • Provide graduate engineers with the necessary skills and knowledge to become unmanned vehicle systems designers & Test Pilots.
  • • Give students realistic experience in undertaking an innovative concept design, build, Fly and data collection.
  • • Allow students to undertake a specialist role to understand and actively influence the interactions between a wide variety of electro-mechanical systems and disciplines.
  • • An understanding of the use of Design & Analysis tools in the development of Unmanned Systems.
  • • To train & carve them as highly talented UAV test Pilots.

06 months On-The-Job program to develop the following skills

  • * Gain knowledge in Design & Analysis of Un Manned Aircraft Systems.
  • * Involve in Fabrication of Fixed wing, Rotary wing and Flapping wing aircrafts.
  • * Introduction to advanced technologies available in Aeronautics, Structures and Avionics
  • * Prototyping of various Flying models using different Materials like Balsa, Sty ro Foam, Composites, Aluminium, etc.,..
  • * Learn various Flight Systems Integration, Auto Pilot System and testing methods.
  • * Learn Flight Simulation and Experimental Data Analysis techniques
  • * Become the UAV - Flight test pilot with excellent career options.

  • B.Sc/M.Sc/Any Degree/ Highly motivated individuals with clear career ambition.
  • B.E. / B. tech / M.E. / M. tech in Aeronautical Engineering / Avionics / ECE / Mechanical / Any other Degree.
  • Good mathematical knowledge and Excellent communication skills.
